The applicable sales tax rate will be applied to all orders depending on the destination province:- Ontario, New Brunswick and Newfoundland: 13% HST
- British Columbia: 12% HST
- Nova Scotia: 15% HST
- Rest of Canada: 5% GST
Within 30 days of delivery of your shipment, you may return any of item to 2mi.ca for a full refund. We will also refund the return shipping cost, if the return is a result of our error. Please note that we cannot accept the return of opened items or items returned more than 30 days past delivery. We can only process returns and refunds for items purchased at 2mi.ca. We cannot exchange items.
We will notify you of your refund by email after we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days after we receive your return.
If you paid for all or part of an item you want to return with a promotional coupon or code and the code has not expired, that part of your refund will be credited to your account, and will be available to use the next time you place an order at 2mi.ca. Please note, however, that the original expiration date still applies.
Shipping charges are determined by the value and weight of each parcel. Shipping charges will be automatically shown with your order totals on any purchase made through our shopping basket system.
All orders are shipped from the 2mi.ca fulfillment centres in Toronto and Beamsville, Ontario, via Canada Post. Transportation time within Canada can range from 1 to 10 business days, depending on where your parcel is being sent to. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday, weekend and holiday deliveries are excluded. We will send you the estimated transportation time in your confirmation email.
Shipping is free within Canada for orders of over 75 C$.

For parcels shipped outside Canada, you will be billed applicable customs, duty and brokerage charges for all orders directly by customs or the courier's broker. Please contact your customs office or broker for duty charge information.
Please note, that we cannot sell some of our products outside Canada. You will be notified by email in those cases. You can also contact us in advance at email@example.com in order to find out if we can deliver to your country.
